About the Role
As a Salesforce Solution Architect at BCS, you’ll design and lead the implementation of complex Salesforce ecosystems for enterprise clients. You’ll work at the intersection of CRM, AI, and orchestration — integrating Salesforce with Symphony and Agentforce to deliver autonomous customer operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution design for multi-cloud Salesforce implementations (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud)
- Architect integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (SAP, ServiceNow) using MuleSoft and Symphony
- Design Agentforce-powered autonomous workflows for sales and service operations
- Conduct discovery workshops, produce solution blueprints, and present to C-level stakeholders
- Ensure best practices in data architecture, security, and governance
- Guide development teams through implementation sprints
- Contribute to pre-sales activities including RFP responses and demos
Qualifications
Required
- 8+ years in Salesforce ecosystem with at least 3 years in architect roles
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification
- Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and at least two additional clouds
- Experience with MuleSoft or equivalent integration platforms
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce programs
Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein AI features
- Knowledge of Agentforce and autonomous AI agents
- Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, or CPG industries
- Multilingual (English + Dutch or German)
